Who we are

Build With You AI is an Operational Thinking consultancy operated by Execentra, LLC. This policy covers buildwithyouai.com and all services provided through it.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively provide. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

Contact form

Name, email address, subject, and message. Used to respond to your inquiry and determine which service may be relevant.

AI Readiness Quiz

Name, email, company (optional), role (optional), quiz answers, and any additional context you provide. Used to generate your readiness score and send results to your email.

Cal.com bookings

Name and email address, collected when you book a discovery call or assessment through Cal.com. Cal.com has its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry or deliver your quiz results
  • To send booking confirmations and preparation materials
  • To follow up on consultations you initiated
  • To improve our services based on aggregate, non-identifying patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your information is stored securely using the following services:

  • Supabase (database): hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Resend (email delivery): used to send transactional emails only
  • Netlify (hosting): serves the website with standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Cal.com (scheduling): processes booking data under their own privacy policy

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or any third-party analytics tools. We do not track your browsing behavior across sessions or across other websites.

Email communications

When you submit a contact form, take the quiz, or book a call, you may receive:

  • An auto-reply confirming your submission
  • Your quiz results and readiness score
  • Booking confirmation and preparation details
  • A limited follow-up sequence related to your inquiry (you can opt out at any time)

We do not add you to a marketing email list. All emails are directly related to an action you took on the site.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your data from our systems
  • Opt out of any follow-up emails

To exercise any of these rights, email bryan@buildwithyouai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as it is relevant to the service you requested. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
