Who we are

Build With You AI is an Operational Thinking consultancy operated by Execentra, LLC. This policy covers buildwithyouai.com and all services provided through it.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively provide. We use Google Analytics for anonymized site usage data (see Cookies section below). We do not use tracking pixels or retargeting.

Contact form

Name, email address, subject, and message. Used to respond to your inquiry and determine which service may be relevant.

Organizational Readiness Score

Name, email, organization name, quiz answers, and dimension scores. Optionally: industry, role, and biggest operational challenge. Used to generate your scored report, send results to your email, deliver curated AI prompts tailored to your role, and provide a personalized follow-up. Your answers are stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Working Session booking

Name, email, organization, role, and a description of your operational constraint. Collected when you submit a booking request through our site. Used to prepare for your session and schedule a time.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry or deliver your Readiness Score results
  • To send booking confirmations and session preparation materials
  • To send a limited follow-up sequence after your Readiness Score (up to 4 emails over 9 days, plus a newsletter invitation)
  • To follow up on Working Sessions and engagements you initiated
  • To improve our services based on aggregate, non-identifying patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your information is stored securely using the following services:

  • Supabase (database): hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Resend (email delivery): used to send transactional emails only
  • Netlify (hosting): serves the website with standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Google Analytics (analytics): anonymized site usage data, cookies for visitor behavior

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, general location). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting, or any other third-party analytics tools. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Email communications

When you submit a contact form, take the Readiness Score, or book a Working Session, you may receive:

  • Your Readiness Score results delivered as a detailed email report with your dimension breakdown and, if you provided your industry and role, curated AI prompts selected for your situation
  • A follow-up sequence of up to 4 emails over 9 days with personalized insights based on your score
  • An invitation to subscribe to the Prepare the Humans newsletter (you can decline or unsubscribe at any time)
  • Booking confirmation and session preparation details
  • A reply from Bryan within 24 hours if you submitted a contact form or booking request

We do not add you to a marketing email list without your consent. The follow-up sequence is directly related to your Readiness Score results. You can opt out of any email at any time by replying with "unsubscribe."

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your data from our systems
  • Opt out of any follow-up emails

To exercise any of these rights, get in touch. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as it is relevant to the service you requested. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
