Assessment answers and your brief

The free process assessment prepares suggestions in your browser using fixed feedback rules. It does not send your answers to an AI model. Answers and optional planning notes are kept in this browser tab so you can go back and edit them.

If you request the brief by email, your name, email, optional organization, process description, 12 answers, selected context, and generated starting point are sent to my systems. I use this information to deliver your brief, understand what you asked about, and respond if you contact me. Optional team planning notes are not submitted. Later edits stay in your browser unless you submit again.

Inquiries

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional organization, and message. I save the request and send you a confirmation so we can continue the conversation. If you include a link to a screen recording, I open it only to review your request. Please leave confidential records, employee or client details, and sensitive personal information out of forms.

Optional emails

Receiving your brief or an inquiry confirmation does not subscribe you to marketing emails. I may reply personally about the work you submitted. No automated marketing series is enabled on this site. Substack subscriptions are managed separately on Substack.

Analytics and browser storage

I use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and steps such as starting the assessment or successfully sending an inquiry. It loads only after you allow analytics. Names, email addresses, message text, process descriptions, and assessment answers are excluded from the events I send.

Your analytics preference is saved in local storage. Assessment drafts and an inquiry draft you choose to transfer use session storage in your browser. If you follow a campaign link, basic campaign labels and the referring website may accompany a form submission to show where the inquiry came from. Do not place personal information in campaign links.

Change analytics preferences. Declining does not prevent forms, the assessment, or downloads from working.

LinkLocally conversations

LinkLocally is a product of Build With You AI, a DBA of Execentra LLC. The contact form on linklocally.org uses this same form service and shared lead database. I save your name, email, organization if provided, message, and basic referral or campaign information so I can respond and understand how you found the site. Resend sends a LinkLocally confirmation, and I receive a notification in my business inbox. Replies go to hello@linklocally.org, currently handled through Zoho and forwarded to that inbox.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. This section covers the marketing contact form; the directory and other LinkLocally applications describe their own data practices. You can request access, correction, or deletion at hello@linklocally.org.

Services that process information

• Vercel hosts the website and handles form requests. Hosting logs may include technical information such as IP address, browser, and requested page.
• Supabase stores submitted contact information, answers, consent choices, and delivery status.
• Resend sends your requested brief, inquiry confirmation, and the notification I use to respond. Delivery, bounce, and complaint information helps me check whether messages arrived.
• Google provides analytics if you allow it and the email inbox I use to respond.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their own terms. Links to LinkLocally, Substack, LinkedIn, and research sites take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information and preventing abuse

I retain inquiries and assessment submissions while they are useful for responding, providing services, and maintaining relevant business records. I do not sell your contact information. To prevent repeated or abusive submissions, the form service uses a one-way keyed hash of the connecting IP address and submission timing. I restrict access to submitted information to the systems and people needed to handle it.

Email delivery records and backups may remain with service providers according to their retention settings. Please contact me about deletion rather than assuming that closing your browser deletes a submitted record.

Your choices and requests

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or to stop optional emails at bryan@buildwithyouai.com. I may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.

This site is intended for adults exploring help with organizational work. Please do not submit children's personal information. Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
