What the texts are for

When the service is available, Build With You AI will use SMS for replies to your questions, information you ask Sarah to text during a call, and intro-call booking details you request. Sarah is an AI assistant. This service does not enroll you in promotional texts or a marketing sequence.

A text confirming a meeting will only follow a successful booking. The free intro call lasts 15 minutes and takes place on Google Meet. The booking confirmation email contains your meeting details and the links to change or cancel it. Scheduled text reminders are not enabled.

How you choose texts

Before Sarah sends information requested during a phone call, she will confirm your mobile number and ask your permission after explaining the kind of message, rates, frequency, and how to stop or get help. Only a clear yes allows that requested text. Giving us a callback number, booking a meeting, or agreeing to emails does not by itself opt you into texts.

If you start a text conversation, Sarah may reply to the request you sent. That does not enroll you in future campaigns or automated reminders. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or booking. You can use email or the online calendar instead.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your questions and the booking information you request. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider about those charges.

Stop texts or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. The messaging provider may send one confirmation of your choice. After opting out, you will not receive further texts unless you choose to opt in again through the provider's supported process. Reply HELP for assistance, or email bryan@buildwithyouai.com.

STOP stops texts; it does not cancel a calendar booking. To change or cancel a meeting, use the links in your booking confirmation email. You can still contact Bryan by email after stopping texts.
